Specialist for Digital Processes and Quality Management Experience (m/w/d) - Full-time

The Thermotec AG is an internationally recognized manufacturer and specialist for electric heating systems "Made in Germany". With around 40 employees, we develop and produce efficient electric heating systems – from the idea to the heating system build to global distribution, all under one roof.

To comprehensively further develop our digital processes, IT structures, and quality management systems, we are looking for you as a Specialist for Digital Processes and Quality Management Experience (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Your Mission

You understand corporate processes comprehensively and develop them digitally, structured, and quality-oriented further. In doing so, you combine IT administration, quality management, and project work into an effective overall function.

IT & Digitalization (ca. 50 %)

• Administration and further development of our IT infrastructure as well as user support
• ERP administration including customizing, workflows, labeling, and interfaces
• User support and structuring of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams)
• Coordination of external IT service providers and processing of support and system issues
• Safeguarding documentation, backup, and recovery concepts as well as structured troubleshooting

This task corresponds to the operational and strategic further development of our digital work environment.

Quality Management (ca. 20 %)

• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001
• User support for document control, audits, RMA evaluations, and QMB meetings
• Analysis of deviations, derivation of measures, and ensuring effectiveness
• Support in continuous process improvement and quality key figures

This ensures that our QMS not only complies with norms but remains effective and practical.

Projects, Processes & Organization (ca. 30 %)

• Support for strategic digital and organizational projects
• Analysis, structuring, and optimization of corporate processes
• Participation in organizational development and training
• Conducting employee training in IT, process, and system topics
• Building clear structures for sustainable process and project transparency

Qualification

• Experience in IT administration, ERP systems, and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of quality management according to ISO 9001 and handling audits, document control, or CAPA processes
• Understanding of corporate-wide processes from procurement to production to sales
• Structured, analytical, and self-reliant working style with high sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented and solution-focused approach, as well as the ability to explain technical topics in a comprehensible manner
• Team spirit, pragmatism, and joy in really implementing things
