Aufgaben

To further develop our digital processes and IT landscape, we are looking for you as aFachspezialist Digitales Projektmanagement (m/w/d).

• You understand corporate processes comprehensively and enjoy developing them digitally, efficiently, and sustainably.
• You operate, administer, and develop our reliable IT infrastructure.
• You are responsible for the administration and adaptation of our ERP system, including modules, workflows, and interfaces.
• You manage Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and design practical, structured work environments.
• You analyze, support, and optimize continuous process chains from procurement to production to sales.
• You take over first- and second-level support as well as IT onboarding for new employees.
• You coordinate external IT service providers and actively participate in digitalization and IT projects.
• You conduct employee training sessions in the IT and system environment.
• You ensure documentation, backup, and recovery concepts and approach disturbances structured and solution-oriented.

Qualifikation

• Experience in administering ERP systems (customizing, processes, interfaces)
• Understanding of corporate-wide workflows – you think process-oriented.
• Solid foundations in networks (LAN, WAN, VPN)
• Basic knowledge in IT security
• Structured, self-reliant working style with clear responsibility awareness
• Outstanding service and solution orientation, as well as the ability to explain technology in a comprehensible way
• Team spirit, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality – you get things done instead of discussing them for hours
