Specialist Procurement
In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with negotiation skills. You will independently take responsibility for the assigned procurement area. You will support the Head of Procurement in purchasing strategy and ensure a high level of supply readiness and achievement of objectives.
Your Focus Areas
Independent procurement within the main group of rolled products
Maintenance and optimization of warehouse inventory as well as ensuring targeted procurement and identification of new sourcing channels
Participation in purchasing negotiations, contract conclusions, supplier qualifications, and audits
Support of suppliers in daily operational business
Active collaboration with internal and external departments
Handling of various clarifications and inquiries for the sales department
Independent processing of complaints
Co-supervision of commercial apprentices during their training in purchasing
Your Profile
Technical basic training with several years of purchasing experience or commercial training with good technical understanding (trading or production company)
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Fluent German in speaking and writing, English advantageous
Structured, independent working style and strong entrepreneurial thinking
Convincing, integrous personality with high initiative and resilience
