Railway Training Development Officer (m/w/d)

As Railway Training Development Officer, you will further develop our operational training materials, translate complex regulations into understandable learning formats, and actively shape the development of our training landscape – analogously as well as digitally.

About the Role

• Development, creation, and revision of operational training materials in the railway sector
• Ensuring high-quality training with a uniform didactic and visual standard
• Conceptualization and development of digital training solutions (e.g., vehicle, location, and route knowledge)
• Integration of feedback from the training team and trainees into existing content
• Closely working with the Safety Department on the further development of operational regulations
• Occasional support for the training team by conducting individual training sessions
• Creation of selected training materials in English language

About You

• A very good understanding of the railway sector's regulations, including European regulations and border regions
• Readiness to independently familiarize yourself with new regulations and operational topics
• A completed vocational training as a locomotive driver or train conductor is desirable
• A high affinity for digital learning and training solutions, as well as motivation to actively develop them
• A structured, meticulous working style with high quality standards
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Occasional willingness to travel to our training locations
