We, ETB Solution GmbH, are a startup general planner for energy, building, and environmental technology. Newly established as an engineering firm in Lutherstadt-Wittenberg and Naumburg – yet with years of planning experience – our team consists of doers, implementers, designers, and friends. Together, we plan sustainable and future-oriented concepts for energy-efficient construction, including preventive fire protection. We optimize investment and operating costs by analyzing and correcting technical plants and systems with the goal of higher economic efficiency and better environmental compatibility.

Join our team and be a part of our success as a Building Services Engineer (m/f/d) and work partially remotely or in one of our offices in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and Naumburg

Tasks

• Independent design of technical concepts to implementation readiness in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary engineering
• Planning, coordination, and management of diverse construction projects from tendering to site acceptance for existing and new buildings
• Ensuring ongoing project billing and documentation of all work results according to our office standards
• You contribute your ideas and participate in sustainable, economical, and energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, Energy and Environmental Technology – or a comparable qualification.
• You are interested in technical building equipment, know VOB and HOAI, and have also worked with PlanCal
• Perhaps you have already had initial discussions with clients, architects, and executing companies? Perfect!
• To ensure good communication in everyday project work, you should have very good German language skills in speaking and writing at at least B2 level.
