Specialist Planner MEP (m/f/d) - Building Services Engineering & Building Automation

Responsibilities

• Planning and development of technical concepts for heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary engineering, and building automation.
• Calculation, design, and dimensioning of technical systems.
• Specialist planning and coordination of building services engineering using BIM methodology.
• Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction services.
• Coordination and communication with architecture, specialist planners, and other project stakeholders.
• Accompanying projects from planning to realization.
• Quality assurance on the construction site as well as ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, a qualification as a technician or master craftsman in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or sanitary engineering.
• Professional experience in the planning and implementation of building services engineering systems.
• Expertise in heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitary engineering, as well as ideally experience with building automation.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
