Fachplaner TGA - HLS (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Planning and development of technical concepts and specialist planning of technical building equipment in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitation under application of BIM methodology.
• Execution of calculations, designs, and dimensioning of technical installations.
• Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction services.
• Accompaniment of projects from planning to realization.
• Quality control on site as well as monitoring of cost, deadline, and quality targets.

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in the field of supply engineering, building technology, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technician or installation and heating engineer).
• Multiple years of professional experience in planning and implementing projects in building technical installations: heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitation.
• Communication skills and team orientation as well as a self-reliant, structured working style.
