At our Nuremberg location, we are seeking a
Specialist Planner / Technical Systems Planner Building Services (m/f/d) .

Tasks

• Creation and processing of technical drawings and execution plans for building services (TGA) using modern CAD and BIM software
• Modeling and construction of HVAC systems as well as associated supply and disposal networks in 3D
• Support in the planning and implementation of demanding BIM projects
• Creation of plan documents for design, approval, and execution phases
• Close collaboration with specialist planners, project managers, and building services engineers
• Performance of technical calculations, for example for heating loads, cooling loads, pipe network, duct network, and system calculations
• Maintenance and updating of BIM models and project-relevant databases
• Contribution to the development of economical, sustainable, and energy-efficient building technology solutions

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a Technical Systems Planner (m/f/d), Technical Draftsman (m/f/d), CAD Designer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in the planning of Building Services (TGA), HVAC, or utility technology
• Proficient in using CAD applications and 3D modeling software
• Knowledge of Plancal Nova is an advantage
• Interest in BIM planning methods and digital planning processes
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working
• High quality awareness and technical understanding
