As a Specialist Planner for Building Services Engineering with a focus on HVAC, you will strengthen our team in the field of dc | Infrastructure Planning. You will plan heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, develop technically sound solutions, and accompany our projects from the initial idea to implementation.

Responsibilities

• No run-of-the-mill projects
  You will not be planning the next standard heating plant for just any building. With us, you will develop HVAC solutions for exceptional infrastructure projects such as locks, weir systems, ship lifts, and movable bridges. This means: special technical requirements, unusual framework conditions, and projects that are not on the table every day.
• Projects from the initial idea to implementation
  You will work through the service phases according to HOAI, focusing on LPH 1–3 and 5–8, thus accompanying your projects from the initial fundamentals to implementation on the construction site.
• Technical calculations and design
  You will perform the necessary calculations, design systems and components, and dimension them according to the technical requirements of the respective project.
• Planning and tender documents
  You will create planning documents, performance specifications, and bills of quantities, thereby creating a solid basis for tendering, awarding, and execution.
• Coordination with all project stakeholders
  You will coordinate your planning with clients, architects, specialist planners, our internal planning teams, and executing companies, ensuring that interfaces are identified early and resolved sensibly.
• Support during construction execution
  Even after the planning is complete, you remain involved in the project: you will provide support with technical questions during execution, check the implementation, and accompany projects until successful completion.
• Independent project processing
  Depending on your experience, you will gradually take on more responsibility and eventually process your projects independently.

Qualifications

With this profile, you are the ideal addition to our team

• You have completed a degree in utility engineering, building services engineering, energy technology, or a comparable field, or you have a relevant qualification as a technician or master craftsman in HVAC / SHK.
• Ideally, you already have experience in planning heating, ventilation, or sanitary systems.
• Are you from an executing HVAC or SHK company and would like to focus more on planning in the future? Practical experience from execution is a valuable foundation for us. We will provide you with targeted training in planning processes, HOAI service phases, and our working methods.
• You possess a strong technical understanding and are looking for solutions that are not only technically correct in planning but can also be implemented in practice.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even with technically demanding tasks.
• At the same time, you communicate openly and clearly and enjoy working with different disciplines, clients, and executing companies.
• Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant standards and technical regulations is an advantage. However, what is most important to us is that you are technically strong, think pragmatically, and are eager to develop your skills further.
