Building Automation Planner (m/w/d) GA

We are TeGA-PLAN Heidemann GmbH – an interdisciplinary engineering office for technical building equipment with a seat in Kiel. With around 30 colleagues, we plan challenging projects in the areas of HLS, electrical engineering and building automation – from the first concept to implementation on the construction site.

Tasks

As part of our team, you will actively work on planning and coordinating building automation systems. Your main tasks will include:

• Self-contained planning of system solutions in the field of building automation (GA) according to current standards and regulations (HOAI performance phases 1-9)
• Preparation and coordination of GA functionalities, function lists and topologies
• Interface coordination with the trades Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Elektrotechnik, usage-specific installations
• Support in tender documents and inspections of offers
• Quality control and accompaniment until successful project realization

Qualification

We are looking for a motivated colleague with:

• A completed degree in the field of electrical engineering, building automation, supply technology or comparable qualification
• Fundamental experience in planning building automation
• Safe handling of GA tools (TRIC) and relevant standards (e.g. DIN EN ISO 16484 / DIN 3814)
• Ability to interdisciplinary cooperation in the project team
• Self-contained, structured working style and sense of responsibility
