Specialist Planner HVAC (M/F/D)

Tasks

• Independent design and execution planning in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology
• Creation of CAD documents according to the respective planning progress
• Calculation and design of building services systems
• Creation of quantity surveys of plant and system components
• Cost estimation and preparation of tender documents ready for awarding
• Contact person for the client in the planning phase and during the construction execution

Qualification

• A successfully completed engineering degree (FH/TU/Uni) with a focus on building services engineering, building services engineering or a comparable technical training as a master craftsman or technician
• Sound knowledge in the field of HVAC
• Experience in the coordination of complex projects
• A high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• A solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Team spirit, communication skills and a binding appearance
