HKLS Engineer / Technician (m/w/d)

We are a planning office for technical building equipment, managing projects according to HOAI throughout all performance phases, from planning to construction supervision, and consistently setting up digitalized processes.

Tasks

• Participation in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of supply technology / HKLS
• Processing of performance phases according to HOAI in the field of HKLS, independently or with professional support from the team, depending on experience
• Development of technical concepts for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems
• Preparation of design, execution, and tender documents
• Implementation or support in technical calculations, designs, and documentation
• Factual participation in consulting and supporting clients
• Collaboration with the project team and structured, transparent, and understandable communication with internal and external project participants

Qualification

• Degree in supply technology, energy and building technology or a comparable technical qualification
• First practical experiences in HKLS planning for buildings are advantageous but not a requirement
• Familiarity with HOAI and relevant standards and guidelines or willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics
• Technical understanding, structured working method, and interest in comprehensive TGA solutions
• Teamwork ability and open, clear, and reliable communication
• Self-initiative, learning readiness, and sense of responsibility
