You will accompany and support residents in their daily lives in a resource-oriented, appreciative, and professionally sound manner. You will promote quality of life, self-determination, and social participation according to the individual needs and goals of the residents. You will take on key-person responsibility and work with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies. You will actively support nursing staff in the care process and perform basic care activities. You will professionally plan, coordinate, and document care processes. You will shape a varied and needs-oriented residential daily life together with the team. YOUR PROFILE Education as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH, Specialist in Social Work FH, Specialist in Care EFZ, or a comparable qualification. Experience and enjoyment in accompanying people with disabilities. Appreciative, resource-oriented attitude and high social competence. Independent working style, sense of responsibility, and team spirit. Experience and enjoyment in actively shaping structures, processes, and offers.
