LUKB offers worldwide payment transactions, on the one hand classic payment processing and card payments/TWINT, and on the other hand many changes are expected in the future (Swift CBPR+, CaseManager, changes in euroSIC etc.). For our payment transactions team, we are looking for a flexible and dedicated personality as a Payments Expert. You actively contribute your know-how and expand it in a dynamic environment with a lot of scope for action.

Your Overview

What you will achieve with us

• You will independently process incoming and outgoing payments in foreign currencies or from abroad (incl. compliance).
• You will take over the processing of payment transaction clarifications and investigations.
• You will process fraud cases (cards/TWINT/payment chargebacks).
• You will provide telephone information from internal and external bodies in the area of payment transactions.
• You will participate in card administration, including telephone consultations and investigations.
• You will participate in testing and projects as well as in the optimization of processes and workflows.

What you bring with you

• Completed banking vocational training and further education.
• Several years of professional experience in the payment transactions environment, as well as in-depth knowledge of Swiss and international payment systems and messaging standards (SIC, SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022 etc.).
• Good Avaloq knowledge, experience in card administration and fraud processing are advantageous.
• Strong service and solution orientation in dealing with customers and partners (by phone and in writing), combined with a flair for process and cost efficiency.
• Very good German and English language skills, as well as good to very good English skills.
• Team-oriented, flexible and reliable personality with an independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working and a quick grasp.
