The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people aged 18 and over who are dependent on care and support. Our services include stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, supplemented by outpatient services. We work according to the case nursing organizational system. Palliative Care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and our daily practice.

Your task
Professional care and support of our residents
Implementation of the nursing process
Taking over responsibility for the day after the training period
Active co-design and participation in the training of apprentices in healthcare professions
What you bring
Graduation as a professional nurse or an equally recognized qualification
Passion for long-term care and enjoyment of shaping development processes
Very good spoken and written German skills
Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
