Production Line Specialist

For our headquarters in Sursee, we are looking for an immediate or negotiable Production Line Specialist who is responsible for the maintenance of production lines, including mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the organization and coordination of maintenance activities. The tasks include: • Maintenance of production lines, including mechanical and electrical systems; • Organization and coordination of maintenance activities; • Planning and implementation of maintenance measures; • Monitoring and optimization of production processes; • Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process; • Identification and reporting of potential errors or defects in the production process; • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Completed vocational training as a mechanic or electrical engineer; • Several years of experience in the maintenance of production lines, preferably in the food industry; • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Good communication and organizational skills.
