Das Team - Property Management (Residential and Commercial Buildings) - Cleaning stairwells - Cleaning and maintaining the environment - Mowing lawns, removing weeds, tending to flower beds, trimming hedges and edges - Monitoring building services - General tasks such as changing light bulbs etc. We expect: - Vocational training or apprenticeship in maintenance, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner - German language skills in writing and speaking - Category B driving license - Cleanliness and tidiness are expected
