You will be the strategic head for security and legal certainty at Lecos. As leader of this newly created position, you will report directly to the management board and shape the transformation into an integrated Governance, Risk & Compliance organization.

Tasks

You will be responsible for …

• Facilitating the leadership of InfoSec, data protection, BCM, compliance, and risk areas.
• Serving as an internal competence center for IT law, NIS2, and contract compliance (compensating for the lack of an internal judiciary).
• Aiding the transition from informal networks to transparent, audit-ready processes.
• Mentoring the methodical development of existing roles.

Qualification

You bring with you …

• A degree in law, economics, or computer science with a proven focus on IT law/compliance.
• Multiple years of experience in the GRC field, ideally at IT service providers or in regulated industries.
• Communication strength.
