Your tasks You will be responsible for processing and verifying documentary payment transactions abroad, as well as processing complaints. You will process payment files and record manual payment orders according to the specific requirements of the respective recipient countries. In addition, you will take over the administration of foreign standing orders and be responsible for developing and maintaining conditions in Agree21. Your tasks also include foreign exchange trading, processing embargo and sanctions cases. In the area of domestic payment transactions, you will record, control, and release payment data freely and be responsible for processing returns. You will also take over the return of checks and bills as well as the processing of payment recalls in customer orders. Furthermore, you will reconcile difference accounts, booking suspense accounts, central pooled depository accounts, and asset accounts. Your skills You ideally bring a banking background with you, but any other commercial education is fine if you have practical experience in domestic and foreign payment transactions. You have completed a bank training program and have specific experiences in payment management, both domestically and abroad, as well as in electronic banking services.
