We are looking for the employee, or employees, who will join our dynamic team in Gütersloh. The willingness to take new paths and use their professional know-how in a creative but also economic way is characteristic of this person.

As part of our quality team, you will be responsible for the entire testing process – from planning to documentation. Your attention to detail and systematic approach ensure the quality of our products and make you an important anchor between development, production, and customers.

Aufgaben

Your new challenge:

• You plan and conduct independent ballistic, destructive, and non-destructive tests – including setting up and maintaining the entire testing environment
• You evaluate measurement, complaint, and error data, recognize patterns, and implement targeted measures to eliminate errors
• You assess test results based on defined acceptance criteria and ensure consistent compliance with ISO guidelines and legal requirements
• You write test reports and risk analyses, maintain relevant documentation, and record all processes in accordance with norms
• You are the point of contact for internal and external customers regarding complaints, coordinate suspensions, and work closely with quality management
• You organize and supervise national and international external tests and serve as the central interface to external testing bodies and partners
• You create and maintain training sessions on quality control and actively contribute to the company's quality culture
• You manage the inventory in SAGE – especially for destructive tests – and ensure a clean, transparent data basis

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• A completed technical or laboratory training and further education in the field of quality assurance is advantageous
• Multiple years of experience in quality assurance and testing
• A high sense of quality and safety
• Determination and decision-making competence
• A high degree of conscientiousness, reliability, and responsibility
• Eagerness to take on new tasks and flexibility
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as a confident and communicative demeanor
• A blasting permit according to §27 SprengG is advantageous
• Affinity for complex matrices and data evaluations
• Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
