Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d) Bakery

Your Tasks: 

• Monitoring internal quality and environmental standards, maintaining product safety, and ensuring compliance with guidelines (HACCP)

• Maintenance and control of production and inspection plans, as well as the creation of test instructions and test reports

• Control of compliance with legal regulations and coordination with authorities

• Preliminary preparation, conduct, and accompaniment of internal audits, supplier, and customer audits

• Creation of process descriptions to ensure product quality

• Support in implementing and further developing the quality management system

• Participation in creating, managing, and reviewing quality-relevant documents

• Organization of training sessions and meetings within QS

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in food technology, nutrition, or hygiene technology or a comparable vocational training in the food sector

• Further education as a quality assurance specialist

• Knowledge from the bakery industry is an advantage

• High-quality affinity and meticulous approach to work and communication

• HACCP knowledge

• Self-reliant and meticulous working style, as well as communication and team skills

• Prompt handling of common PC applications (MS Office)

• Class B driver's license
