Warehouse Logistics Specialist / Warehouse Worker with Team Leader Perspective (m/f/d)

PolyTALENT is filling this position through direct placement with an established company that has a modernly organized warehouse. We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), a Warehouse Worker (m/f/d), or a Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d) who has a secure grasp of goods receipt, goods movement, and inventory management and who wishes to develop towards team leadership.

Tasks

• Inbound and outbound storage of goods, tires, wheels, and wheel sets

• Processing of goods receipt, including acceptance, visual inspection, and document reconciliation

• Order picking and preparation of wheel sets for customer orders

• Shipping preparation, including assignment, labeling, and internal forwarding

• Inspection of tires and wheels for visible damage

• Working with mobile scanners and systems for recording warehouse and wheel data

• Operation of the wheel washing system and support with standardized process steps

• Balancing and mounting of wheels after training

• Participation in inventories and general warehouse tasks

• Occasional acceptance of truck deliveries

• With a Class B driver's license: occasional delivery of individual wheel sets to customers

Profile

• Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d), or equivalent

• Alternatively, practical experience as a Warehouse Worker (m/f/d), Warehouse Employee (m/f/d), Goods Receipt Employee (m/f/d), or Order Picker (m/f/d)

• Experience in goods receipt, inbound storage, outbound storage, or order picking

• Proficient use of scanners, mobile data capture devices, or digital warehouse processes

• Experience in accepting and inspecting deliveries and reconciling them with delivery notes

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Valid work permit

• Class B driver's license is desirable, but not essential

• Reliable, structured, and physically resilient work approach

• Team orientation and willingness to learn additional areas of responsibility

• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturday work during seasonal peaks

• Interest in professional development with a perspective for more responsibility in the warehouse
