in Berlin

Responsibilities

Do you like to get involved, enjoy customer interaction, and are looking for a varied job between the warehouse, sales, and field service? Then become part of our team in Berlin. In this diverse role, you will work in warehouse logistics, advise customers in the attached shop, and also travel to our industrial customers to refill and service our dispensing machines and similar logistics supply systems on site.

Warehouse Logistics & Goods Management

• After receiving goods, you will professionally inspect and store products, ensuring that customer orders are reliably picked and prepared for dispatch.
• Through inventory checks and full stocktakes, you contribute to high inventory quality and always keep your work environment tidy and clean.

Customer Service in the Shop

• With your friendly and service-oriented manner, you will look after our customers at the location and support them with product selection.

Servicing Logistics Supply Systems

• You will regularly service our logistics supply systems at customer sites, refill vending machines, and ensure product availability.

Profile

• Ideally, training as a Skilled Worker in Warehouse Logistics, as a Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification; career changers with experience in warehousing, sales, or customer service are also welcome.
• Ideally, proven practical experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management, or order picking.
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and a service-oriented demeanor.
• An independent and reliable way of working.
• Good German language skills (written and spoken), Class B driver's license.
• Basic knowledge in the use of digital systems and mobile devices.
