Water Supply Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)

With currently around 220 employees, we provide services related to water for 30 municipalities in Southeast Lower Saxony and North Hesse. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operation, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of our transport and local network lines, domestic connections, and technical systems
- Management and monitoring of well systems for drinking water extraction, water treatment plants for drinking water purification, elevated tanks for storage, and systems for pressure increase and reduction
- Inspection, monitoring, and recording of process flows on-site and via central and overarching process control technology
- Renewal and repair of existing systems for drinking water extraction, treatment, and distribution
- Taking on on-call duties after initial training
Profile
- Training as a Water Supply Engineering Specialist (m/f/d) or a craft-technical training (e.g., as a Sanitation, Heating, and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (m/f/d), Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), or Mechanical Fitter (m/f/d))
- Team orientation, flexibility, and solution-oriented approach
- Ideally, a Class BE driver's license
- Willingness to undertake on-call duties outside of regular working hours, including weekends and public holidays
