Tasks - Conducting incoming goods inspections of drawing and procurement parts - Conducting first-piece inspections and incoming goods inspections - Optimizing inspection processes by using suitable learning and testing tools - Identifying potential for improvement and developing solutions with internal departments and suppliers - Participating in evaluating and assessing suppliers as an interface to the procurement department - Developing quality assurance in the area of incoming goods control - Conducting factory acceptance tests for mechanical components and assemblies in collaboration with the design department - Ensuring the monitoring of measuring instruments according to specifications - Selecting and coordinating suitable partner companies for periodic calibrations. Profile - Mechanical basic training in mechanical engineering (e.g., polymechanic) - Further education in quality control or quality assurance - Several years of experience in inspecting mechanical drawing parts - Experience in accepting mechanical assemblies and equipment - Experience in creating inspection documents - Experience in dealing with suppliers - Speedy, self-reliant, structured, and precise working style - Proficient use of MS Office products (Word & Excel) - Experience with Select-Line ERP is advantageous - Native German speaker, basic knowledge of English - Reliability, flexibility, initiative, and high self-discipline.
