Job description

Plenus Care – your intensive care service in the Ruhr region – with heart and expertise

People for people. At Plenus Care, our clients are just as important as our team. We truly live up to our motto "No clinic, no stress. Stay at home" by providing an ambulatory 1:1 intensive care service that adapts to your living space, cultural background, and individual needs – not the other way around – even in the last phase of life. For more security, quality of life, and self-determination. This is driven by a clear care concept and digital tools like iPad documentation and real-time access for doctors. We promise quality that can be proven.

HR and Recruiting are your passion - you want to get involved, stay on track, and look at results?

You love organization and keep an overview even with many topics at once?

You love talking to people – whether it's over the phone, in a job interview or in the corridor, and do it honestly, clearly, and on eye level?

You love getting to know people and making them feel welcome?

You love being reliable, empathetic, and trustworthy – especially when it counts?

You are a care assistant (ideally with experience from the healthcare or intensive care sector) looking for a new job / an exciting activity with the opportunity to help people?

Then you're exactly right with us. We're growing – and that's why we need someone like you. You'll make sure the right people find their way to us and feel well taken care of from day one. At Plenus Care, HR work is not just about managing – you're the first point of contact for job applicants and employees and keep all the threads together reliably in the background. After onboarding, you can expect an independent and varied task field.

Maybe Plenus Care will be your new home soon – as soon as possible, full-time, as:

Care Assistant (m/w/d)

Where? Your workplace is in Oberhausen – from there, you'll make sure we find the right people for our locations throughout the Ruhr region and surrounding areas.

Aufgaben

Your tasks with us:

  • You're responsible for our HR department: From recruiting to personnel development and administration, to personnel controlling and training.
  • You're responsible for our recruitment: From job posting (in cooperation with our marketing team) to candidate selection and communication, to coordination of presentation interviews and updating the candidate and employee database.
  • You prepare employment contracts, ensure complete hiring files (including nursing-specific evidence such as professional certificate, leadership certificate, measles protection) and support operational daily business. From collecting work time records to organizing onboarding and social insurance registration.
  • You maintain personnel files and master data, prepare payroll and prepare certificates and testimonials, and keep all deadlines reliably in mind.
  • You drive the digitalization and continuous optimization of our HR processes forward, promote employer branding and employee engagement, and steer independent HR projects – from introducing new tools to restructuring or labor law questions.
  • You lead and develop our HR team further and stand as a competent and trustworthy point of contact for employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle – even with sensitive topics.
  • You work closely with management and cross-departmentally with marketing and sales, ensuring the implementation of statutory and collective agreement requirements.
  • Your highlight in the job: A close exchange combined with self-employment in your own area make your job an ideal mix of teamwork and personal responsibility – with enormous development prospects.

Qualification

We need you and your expertise. Your profile and strengths:

  • You have a completed degree in personnel management or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of experience in HR – ideally from the healthcare or nursing sector – e.g., as an HR generalist, recruiter, employer brand manager, or personnel administrator.
  • You have broad HR knowledge, including good knowledge of German labor and social security law.
  • You work structured, meticulous, independently, and absolutely discreetly – with excellent organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • You are communicatively strong and empathetic, can put yourself in others' shoes, convince through a secure, professional, and authentic appearance, and ensure that job applicants and colleagues feel well taken care of at your side.
  • You think entrepreneurially, take new situations confidently, and have fun shaping our growth, processes, and structures actively and further developing them.
  • Eigeninitiative and teamwork are equally important to you – you work gladly with different departments together and are open to changes.
  • You master Microsoft 365 securely, ideally supplemented by knowledge of HR systems and nursing software like MediFox, and have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Knowledge of another HR specialization (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Payroll) is an asset.

Benefits

At our company, you can expect the dynamics of a growing, family-like intensive care service – we're big enough to offer security and small enough to appreciate every individual in the team. At our company, you'll find not just a job but also an environment that fosters and supports you.
And because you deserve it:

  • Unlimited employment contract & attractive remuneration
  • Company pension scheme & capital-forming benefits
  • Company health insurance
  • After probation period: rechargeable card with €600 credit per year
  • Health premium
  • Modern communication and planning tools
  • Access to corporate benefits
  • Modern, newly equipped office spaces with high-quality IT equipment and short decision-making paths with management
  • Easily accessible by public transportation
  • A family-friendly environment and a values-based team that counts humanity and reliability
