Das Team Als Fachkraft für Käsereifung are you responsible for ensuring the quality of cheese production and guaranteeing delivery readiness. You comply with food safety regulations and HACCP, pay attention to work safety regulations, and ensure that quality standards are always met. Your tasks include caring for various types of cheese, conducting quality control checks on raw materials, and recording production data in the company system. You prepare raw materials for production (cutting), are responsible for assembling, disassembling, and cleaning production facilities. Furthermore, you perform general cleaning work to ensure a smooth production process. We are looking for an engaged and reliable person who will strengthen our team in the food industry in the Bern region. We expect: - You have completed a basic education EFZ in the food sector (cheesemaker, cook, butcher or in food technology). - You have a well-developed technical flair for machines and excellent hygiene awareness. - You already have some knowledge of SAP system application. - You are flexible, mobile, and willing to work in shift operations (2-shift). - You possess very good spoken and written German language skills (at least B1).
