Due to our strong growth, we are now looking for a qualified Early Childhood Education Specialist (m/w/d) to support us in shaping the future of our kindergartens. As an Early Childhood Education Specialist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for developing and implementing pedagogical concepts and programs for children from 0-3 years old. You will work closely with our team of educators, teachers, and other specialists to create a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters the cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; * 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a kindergarten setting; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Familiarity with child development theories and pedagogical concepts; * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
