Medizinisches Dienstleistungszentrum Havelland GmbH (MDZ) is part of the Havelland Kliniken corporate group. An occupational safety specialist advises employers, executives, and works councils on all matters of occupational health and safety.

Your responsibilities include

• Inspection of operational facilities and technical work equipment before commissioning
• Assessment of working conditions, notification of identified defects, and monitoring of their implementation
• Instruction and training of employees
• Implementation of occupational safety and accident prevention
• Investigation, recording, and analysis of the causes of workplace accidents
• Development of measures for the prevention of workplace accidents
• Creation of safety programs and control of their implementation

We expect from you

• An engineering degree, a qualification as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d), or equivalent
• A completed training as an occupational safety specialist according to § 7 ASiG
• as well as ideally as a fire safety officer with professional experience or the willingness to train as an occupational safety specialist
• Communication, consulting, and social skills in spoken and written form, as well as excellent organizational talent, coupled with a structured way of working and assertiveness
• Proficiency in creating training sessions, instructions, notices, and procedural manuals
• Class B driver's license
