Your Tasks

As an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa), you will independently support a company in the area of occupational safety and advise management and executives on all relevant EHS topics. You will further develop processes, support operational topics, and ensure legally compliant occupational safety organization.

• Independent support of a company as an Occupational Safety Specialist in accordance with ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2

• Consultation and support of management and executives on all matters of occupational health and safety

• Conducting and supervising risk assessments, site inspections, and accident investigations

• Deriving appropriate measures and consistently following up until implementation

• Collaboration with authorities, supervisory bodies, and accident insurance associations

• Further development of EHS standards, processes, and safety culture together with the supported departments

Your Profile

• Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) and corresponding qualification to support relevant company areas in accordance with ASiG / DGUV Regulation 2

• Several years of practical experience in operational occupational safety or EHS environment

• Technical training or comparable professional background

• High level of professional and organizational independence and the ability to proactively manage your own area of responsibility

• Confident and assertive demeanor and a strong hands-on mentality in dealing with various stakeholders

• Experience in collaborating with executives, authorities, and accident insurance associations, as well as the ability to identify and prioritize risks and drive topics independently to completion
