To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or a Safety Engineer (m/f/d) in a hybrid working model with home office and customer visits in your region (approx. 7–9 external appointments per month).

Your tasks as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa)

• Support of companies in the area of occupational health and safety
• Conducting initial and site inspections
• Creation and updating of risk assessments
• Consultation on legal requirements in occupational safety
• Preparation and participation in ASA (Arbeitsschutzausschuss) meetings
• Conducting training sessions and instructions
• Analysis of work accidents and development of preventive measures
• Support with inquiries from employers' liability insurance associations and authorities
• Involvement in projects, e.g., hazardous substance management, fire protection, or digitalization
• Co-design of modern digital processes in occupational safety

What you bring with you

• Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/f/d)
• Experience in occupational health, occupational safety, or corporate health management
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of customer consulting
• Interest in digital tools and modern occupational safety solutions
• Willingness to travel for regional customer appointments
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
