To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or a Safety Engineer (m/f/d) in a hybrid operating model with home office and customer visits in your region (approx. 7–9 external assignments per month).

Your Tasks as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa)

• Support of companies in the field of occupational safety and accident prevention
• Conducting initial and site inspections
• Creation and updating of risk assessments
• Advice on legal requirements in occupational safety
• Preparation for and participation in ASA (Arbeitsstättenverordnung) meetings
• Conducting training sessions and instructions
• Analysis of work accidents and development of preventive measures
• Support with inquiries from professional associations and authorities
• Participation in projects, e.g., hazardous substance management, fire protection, or digitalization
• Contribution to shaping modern digital processes in occupational safety

What You Bring

• Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/f/d)
• Experience in occupational safety, accident prevention, or betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (company health management)
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of customer consulting
• Interest in digital tools and modern occupational safety solutions
• Willingness to travel for regional customer appointments
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and English skills are an advantage
