To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or a Safety Engineer (m/f/d) in a hybrid work model with home office and customer visits in your region (approx. 7–9 field service appointments per month).

Your Tasks as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa)

• Support of companies in the field of occupational health and safety
• Conducting initial inspections and site inspections
• Creation and updating of risk assessments
• Consultation on legal requirements in occupational safety
• Preparation for and participation in safety committee meetings (ASA)
• Conducting training sessions and instructions
• Analysis of workplace accidents and development of preventive measures
• Support with inquiries from statutory accident insurance institutions and authorities
• Participation in projects, e.g., hazardous substance management, fire safety, or digitalization
• Co-design of modern digital processes in occupational safety

What you bring to the table

• Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/f/d)
• Experience in occupational health and safety, or occupational health management
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of customer consulting
• Interest in digital tools and modern occupational safety solutions
• Willingness to travel for regional customer appointments
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, and English skills are an advantage
