To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/f/d) in a hybrid work model with home office and customer visits in your region (approx. 7-9 external appointments per month).

Your tasks as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa)

• Support of companies in the area of occupational health and safety
• Conducting initial site inspections and company inspections
• Creation and updating of risk assessments
• Advice on legal requirements in occupational safety
• Preparation and participation in ASA (Arbeitsstättenbezogene Schutzmaßnahmen und Arbeitssicherheit) meetings
• Conducting training sessions and instruction
• Analysis of work accidents and development of preventive measures
• Support with inquiries from employers' liability insurance associations and authorities
• Participation in projects, e.g., hazardous substance management, fire safety, or digitalization
• Shaping modern digital processes in occupational safety

What you bring

• Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/f/d)
• Experience in occupational health, occupational safety, or company health management
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoy advising customers
• Interest in digital tools and modern occupational safety solutions
• Willingness to travel for regional customer appointments
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and English skills are an advantage
