Occupational Safety Specialist / Security Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Dresden as „Occupational Safety Specialist / Security Engineer (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit / Sicherheitsingenieur (m/w/d), you will take over the planning, implementation, and further development of measures to promote safety, health, and compliance within the company.
• You identify optimization potential and implement efficient, automated solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• In addition, you advise and support management staff and employees on safety- and health-related issues and develop tailored measures.
• You plan, organize, and conduct internal workplace inspections as well as risk assessments.
• With your expertise, you lead training sessions and contribute to overarching tasks to ensure a smooth and compliant operation.

Qualification

• You bring a natural or engineering science degree or equivalent qualification, e.g., an recognized qualification as Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa).
• You have professional experience as an Occupational Safety Specialist (m/w/d), Security Engineer (m/w/d) or in a comparable position, ideally in the industrial environment.
• Ideal would be to possess fundamental knowledge of relevant regulations (ArbSchG, DGUV, Hazardous Substances Ordinance, ISO Standards) and experience in safety technical care.
• You convince through communication strength, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and team fitness.
• Very good German and good English skills as well as a routine handling of the common MS-Office programs round out your profile.
