Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Consultation and training of employees and management personnel in all aspects of occupational and health safety
• Planning and implementation of safety training sessions as well as analysis of accidents and near-misses
• Support in the ergonomic and safety-technical design of workstations and processes
• Development and implementation of strategies to improve the safety culture
• Creation and updating of risk assessments and workplace analyses
• Evaluation of relevant safety key figures and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in corporate-wide initiatives to promote occupational safety
• Representative support for the management of occupational safety

Your Profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a master, technician or comparable qualification
• Add-on qualification as an occupational safety specialist
• Experience in the field of behavior-oriented occupational safety or safety culture is advantageous
• Independent, structured work style and high sense of responsibility
• Fundamental knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and technical standards
• Communication skills, counseling competence and assertiveness
• Safe handling of MS Office and good English language skills
