To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) or a Safety Engineer (mensch) in a hybrid work model – from home office and at customer locations (approx. 7-9 external services per month) in your radius.

Your tasks as an Occupational Safety Specialist

• Independent care of our customers within the framework of basic occupational safety
• Conducting first inspections and creating risk assessments
• Advising companies on occupational protection, health protection, and statutory requirements
• Planning and participating in ASA meetings, training sessions, and briefings
• Analyzing workplace accidents and developing preventive measures
• Supporting our customers with inquiries from professional associations and authorities
• Conducting training sessions on occupational safety and health protection
• Caring for additional projects, such as hazardous substance management or fire protection (depending on qualifications)
• Co-designing digital solutions and processes together with our product and digitalization team

This is what you should bring along

• Degree in Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (mensch)
• Experience in the field of occupational protection, occupational safety, or corporate health management
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Interest in digital tools and modern solutions in occupational protection
• Travel readiness for customer meetings on external services
• Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; bonus: good English language skills
