To expand our team of experts at Argumed, we are looking for a safety specialist or a safety engineer (human) who works from the home office and on-site at the customer (7-9 field services per month):

These are your tasks

• Take responsibility for the entire process of basic care for our customers, from the initial inspection to the preparation of the risk assessment, and participate in training and instruction, right through to the planning and preparation of ASA meetings.
• Advise and support our customers on all issues related to occupational safety and health.
• Be an attentive contact person for your customers and support them with their everyday challenges, e.g. statements to the professional associations.
• Organize and conduct training and instruction in the field of occupational safety.
• Investigate and analyze work accidents, record and evaluate investigation results and develop measures for prevention.
• Supervise projects, among other things, in the area of hazardous substances management, fire protection, if appropriately qualified.
• Be a sparring partner: Help our digitization team with creative ideas and your expertise to offer our customers a digitally supported and tailored service and also make your own work a little easier every day.

This is what you should bring with you

• You are a certified occupational safety specialist or safety engineer (human).
• You are open to new & digital approaches and solutions in occupational safety and may have already gained experience in this regard.
• You have no problem working without much guidance, making your own decisions and taking responsibility for them accordingly.
• You bring the necessary willingness to travel in order to be able to advise customers optimally on site.
• You work carefully, have an eye for detail and know how to maintain the balance between practice and theory.
• It is easy for you to understand customer needs and pragmatically identify the best solution.
• You speak German at native speaker level (Bonus: very good English).
