Your tasks: Support the purchasing team with all legal questions related to tender procedures, price calculations, and contract drafting in each department.
Independent and self-responsible examination and evaluation of legal circumstances and questions.
Self-contained development of procurement guidelines and contract templates as well as independent negotiation of contracts with suppliers.
Implementation of training sessions on relevant legal regulations in individual or group settings within the entire company.
Your skills: Successfully completed law studies (with 2nd state examination).
Multiple years of experience in public procurement.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Good knowledge of procurement, price, and contract law is desirable.
Understanding of legal and economic interdependencies in the procurement process.
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills for self-responsible legal evaluation.
Very good time and self-management as well as the ability to efficiently handle complex questions.
