Specialist Engineer for Building Services (m/f/d): Air Conditioning Technology or Heating and Refrigeration Technology

For our Berlin location, we are looking for a Specialist Engineer for Building Services (m/f/d) with a focus on air conditioning technology or heating and refrigeration technology, who will independently plan public construction projects and be given the freedom that their experience deserves.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of your projects, both internally and externally
• Project planning and design of air conditioning or heating and refrigeration systems
• Coordination and consultation with all project stakeholders
• Independent CAD design
• Technical calculations and preparation of specifications
• Support for demanding projects in the public sector, often in healthcare, from project study to handover

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in building services engineering, ideally with a focus on air conditioning technology or heating and refrigeration technology
• Experience in the planning of public buildings
• Proficient in CAD
• Independent, structured way of working
• Confident demeanor and willingness to take responsibility
• Management experience or leadership potential is an advantage
