Engineering Specialist Electrical Engineering Building Services / HOAI Phases 1-9 (m/f/d)

• You independently plan and consult in Building Services Engineering in the field of Electrical Engineering, including power engineering as well as telecommunications and signaling systems
• You work on projects within the scope of HOAI service phases 1 to 9
• You graphically implement concepts and design plans in Revit or CAD
• You create plans ready for execution and tender documents
• You communicate within the project team and independently take responsibility for coordination planning
• You support site supervision

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in planning electrical engineering systems in building services and are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations
• You are proficient in using planning software such as Revit or AutoCAD
• Your work approach is independent and quality-conscious, combined with teamwork skills and a confident demeanor in the project environment
• You speak fluent German (min. C1) to ensure smooth communication with all project stakeholders
