We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about IT infrastructures, servers, and networks and wants to ensure that distributed systems run reliably and securely? We are seeking reinforcement for our team – regardless of whether you're a beginner or have work experience – with interest in modern IT administration and system integration.

Aufgaben

As part of our IT team, you can expect the following tasks:

• Administration, maintenance, and monitoring of our server and system landscapes
• Care and further development of Windows- and Linux-based systems
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure components
• Analysis, processing, and sustainable solution of technical issues and support requests
• Support in planning, implementation, and optimization of our IT infrastructure and hosting environments
• Care of network components and support for topics related to IT security and system availability
• Management and care of applications and systems in the e-commerce field (e.g. JTL)
• Support in setting up, migrating, and further developing IT systems
• Collaboration with internal teams to quickly and efficiently solve technical challenges
• Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as continuous improvement of existing processes

Qualifikation

You bring:

• A completed training as a Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration or equivalent qualification in the IT field
• Good knowledge of Windows- and/or Linux-based system administration
• Fundamental understanding of networks, server architectures, and IT infrastructures
• Ideal first experiences with hosting environments, virtualization, or cloud technologies
• Analytical skills and joy in solving technical problems
• Self-motivated, structured work style and teamwork
• Interest in understanding technical relationships and continuously improving systems
• Good German and English language skills
