IT System Integration Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Administration and maintenance of IT systems for our customers (servers, networks, clients)
• Installation, configuration, and updates of hardware and software at customer sites (focus: Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Microsoft 365)
• Ensuring IT security for customers by implementing firewall, backup, and recovery solutions
• Customer support and technical consulting on IT projects and everyday challenges
• Planning, consulting, and implementation of backup and restore processes
• Ongoing adaptation of security solutions against cyber threats

Qualification

• Completed training as an IT System Integration Specialist or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT system administrator or in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Active Directory and virtualization tools (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of IT security (firewall, VPN, encryption) and data protection guidelines, ideally in the context of various customer projects
• Self-motivated and structured work style with a high customer focus
• Excellent communication skills and joy in developing customer-oriented IT solutions
• Minimum C1 level in German
