Tasks

• 🖥️ Plan, install & support IT systems for customers
• 🔒 Implement firewalls, VPNs & security solutions
• ☁️ Implement virtualization solutions (e.g. Hyper-V)
• 📞 Advise customers & provide support
• 📄 Document IT systems
• 🚀 Participate in IT projects, rollouts & migrations

Qualification

Completed training as an IT specialist/in system integration or comparable qualification

• ✅ Experience with networks, Windows servers & IT infrastructure
• ✅ Knowledge of virtualization (e.g. Hyper-V) and VPN technologies
• ✅ Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• ✅ Enjoyment of customer contact & teamwork
• ✅ Initiative and sense of responsibility
• ✅ Very good German language skills
• ✅ Driver's license class B is an advantage
