Medivise is a growing startup in the healthcare sector. We develop innovative solutions for medical care processes and support our customers in implementing modern health services, particularly in connection with the telematics infrastructure. We combine technological competence with a deep understanding of practice workflows and medical requirements.

Our systems, consisting of the Medivise Telemedizin-Box, a cloud backend, and modern monitoring structures, enable a smooth, secure, and high-performance infrastructure for our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Fachinformatiker:in for system integration (m/w/d) with solid technical understanding and interest in modern cloud and container technologies.

Tasks

Network Management

• Set up the networks of our Medivise boxes at our customers' sites and configure and maintain them
• Monitor and optimize network performance and security

Monitoring & Operation

• Monitor the system health of our boxes and central backend
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)

Cloud & Container

• Operate and monitor our Azure cloud infrastructure
• Manage and scale our Kubernetes clusters (AKS)
• Create, deploy, and maintain our Docker containers

Support & Troubleshooting

• Support our 2nd-level support for our customers and internal teams
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in close cooperation with development and support

Qualification

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker:in for system integration, study or comparable entry
• Good knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, routing)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (ideally in Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Fundamental knowledge of Azure cloud services, Linux server administration, and monitoring tools
• Independent, structured working style and willingness to work in support
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and high service orientation
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
