To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an IT specialist for system integration (m/w/d) – ideally someone with enthusiasm for IT systems, error analysis and sustainable solutions.

Aufgaben

• Ereignung, Administration und Betreuung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
• Systematische Fehlersuche sowie eigenständige Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen
• Wartung und Optimierung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
• Betreuung von Servern, Clients und Peripheriegeräten
• Unterstützung der Anwender im First- und Second-Level-Support
• Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit sowie Durchführung von Updates und Backups
• Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Systemen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the IT sector of advantage
• Good knowledge of network technology, operating systems and IT infrastructure
• Experience with server and client systems (e.g. Windows/Linux)
• Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection
• Structured and self-reliant working style
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Pleasure in problem-solving and analytical thinking
