Project & Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for an independent IT system house that supports small and medium-sized enterprises comprehensively - from IT security to infrastructure and managed services. For this, we need people who think ahead, take responsibility and deliver real results in a team. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Project & Support Specialist (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Techincal point of contact (m/w/d) for our customers
• Administration, maintenance and support of IT systems
• Planning and implementation of IT projects
• Analysis and improvement of IT security
• Analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues

Qualification

• Completed training as a Project & Support Specialist (m/w/d)
• Knowledge in Microsoft infrastructures and basic IT security
• Experience with virtualization (especially Hyper-V) is advantageous
• Structured work approach and technical understanding
• Reliability, willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Teamwork and clear communication skills
• Customer-oriented appearance and good expression
• Class B driver's license
