Aufgaben

As part of our Systemintegrator team, you'll ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and your colleagues can work without restrictions. You'll optimize our hardware and software and lovingly care for our server landscape.

Your tasks in detail:

• Administration and further development of our IT infrastructure
• Care of Windows-, Linux-, Cloud-Server landscapes
• Training and proactive support of colleagues through a ticket system
• Carrying out installations, monitoring, and configurations of network systems
• Adapting and creating automation processes (Scripting)
• Investigating and resolving infrastructure problems in collaboration with users
• Developing solution strategies and implementing them (remote or on-site)
• Independent implementation of innovative ideas and exciting topics and projects.

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training or equivalent acquired skills
• Knowledge of IT/TK infrastructure, devices, tools, protocols
• Fundamental knowledge in Windows (Server and Desktop) and Linux
• Experience with database systems (e.g. MSSQL, mySQL)
• Technical know-how in network hardware and topology
• Curiosity about new processes and application possibilities of hard- and software
• Experience setting up and operating web hosting products
• Multiple years of professional experience in the IT sector
• A strong service-oriented work style, solution-focused and customer-oriented
• Independent working style and good comprehension
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• You have team spirit, enthusiasm, sense of responsibility, and a desire to try out new things.
