Aufgaben

• You are an important part of our service team and rescue our customers from various industries from small and large IT problems.
• You plan with the team the IT for your customers and set it up from installation to configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• You manage, among other things, cloud applications, networks, and firewalls, servers and applications in the Microsoft environment, as well as VoIP telephony.
• In case of technical problems and disruptions at the customer's site, you are the rescuer in distress and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You are on-site with the customer and help him with his IT technology from cable clutter to complex server systems.
• You shape our own systems and processes actively with the team.

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration or
• Completed training as an IT-Systemelektroniker/in or
• Completed training in a comparable profession
