We are looking for a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (or someone with comparable skills) who prepares devices reliably for customer projects and simultaneously processes incoming customer inquiries in technical sales and support. The role is deliberately practice-oriented: You work directly on the devices, set up clean setups, and are part of the interface between technology, logistics, and customer communication.

Aufgaben

• Geräteinstallation & Grundkonfiguration for customer orders
• Hardware configure/modify: SSD/RAM/module install/remove, basic diagnosis at irregularities
• Images upload and maintain according to comprehensible Versions-/Dokumentationslogik
• Bios/UEFI configure and Troubleshooting at setup/hardware/driver issues
• Quality assurance (QA): functional checks according to defined criteria, release for dispatch
• Warehousing & Shipping: accept, inspect, store, commission, package, send including serial numbers/status documentation
• Inbound customer support via phone/email: Inside Sales Support + 1st-Level Support (optional also 2nd Level), clarify requirements and follow up on topics

Qualifikation

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker/in for Systemintegration
  (or comparable practical experience, if you demonstrate that you can handle the tasks)
• Solid handling of Windows installations, drivers, system setup, and typical troubleshooting
• Hardware security: SSD/RAM install/remove, basic diagnosis, work cleanly (ESD understanding)
• Attention to detail and clean documentation (serial numbers, configurations, checks)
• Eigenständigkeit: you don't wait for someone to tell you every step
• Stress resistance: you remain structured, even when multiple topics come in simultaneously
• German very secure (at least C1), English good (at least B2)
• Readiness to Lift/Carry in the logistics flow (packages, devices, shipping)
• High standards for your own work and the desire to deliver the best quality
• Kommunikativ & kundenorientiert; experience in customer contact is beneficial
• Readiness for Ongoing Further Education and learning new technologies
• Sustainability is not just a buzzword for you

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Imaging/Deployment (e.g. standardized setups, reproducible workflows)
• BIOS/UEFI experience, device management/inventory, asset tagging
• Basic knowledge of Android setup/provisioning
• Experience with ticket systems or ERP environments
